This apartment, nestled in a fin de siècle building, boasts high ceilings and an old wooden floor, exuding charm from every corner. Our objective was to enhance this vintage allure while smartly utilizing the space and infusing a hint of industrial elegance. The outcome is a harmonious blend of pre-World War I furniture and custom-crafted industrial steelwork, all thoughtfully arranged and complemented by precise colour choices. The lofty ceilings have been cleverly used to incorporate discreet storage solutions, adding functionality without compromising the spacious feel. One compartment ingeniously serves as a second level, accessible by stairs, while another is a retractable shelf, effortlessly lowered with just the press of a button, seamlessly marrying form with function.
